Worship Ministry
We are created to worship! At First Baptist we want to create a worship environment that is engaging for all ages. Multigenerational worship is Biblical and it’s the model we seek to follow. All songs, styles, new and old, as long as they are Biblically sound are welcome. We want everyone to be participating in worship as we were created to do.

The Worship Choir leads the congregation in corporate worship on Sunday mornings. There are no auditions required to be a member of the Worship Choir. Rehearsal is on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm in the choir room and on Sunday mornings at 10:10.
Members of the Praise Team are chosen from the Worship Choir.
The praise band plays every Sunday morning along with the orchestra, choir, and praise team.
Rehearsals are on Sunday mornings at 8:00 am.
Membership in the praise band is by audition.
The Orchestra plays every Sunday morning with the FBC Praise Band and Worship Choir. All instruments are welcome. If you are at least sixteen years old and have experience reading music, we would be happy for you to audition for our orchestra.
Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm and
on Sunday mornings at 8:00
The Audio-Visual Team is vital in sharing the proclamation of God’s Word through preaching and music in our worship services, as well as with those who are homebound or unable to attend on Sunday mornings for other reasons.
The AV Team is also responsible for all audio-visual during the services. If you would like to serve in this area, please contact Pastor Tom Smith and let him know of your interest.
